He's a work in progress. All you need to know is he's a douchebag. And he's trying to court Saki but Saki has no interest in him because he's from a planet where females are basically abused and belittled and he doesn't approve of her pasttimes and thinks she should just submit to every male she talks to and that he has a right to hit her anytime he wants.
